Maceration pre-fermentation for 10 days. Fermentation at temperatures between 24-26ºC. Overs were performed to extract aromas, flavors and tannins from the grapes. Fermentation at temperatures between 24-26ºC, for the polymerization of tannins, making them round and friendly. The wine was then racked into barrels, for malolactic fermentation.

The Winemaker
Agronomist-Winemaker and Founder of Chile diVino, with more than 20 years of experience making wine both in Chile and abroad: New Zealand, South Africa, France, Portugal and the USA.
In 2014 she created Chile diVino with the intention of sharing his knowledge to disseminate and position Chilean wine (his passion).
In 2015 she decided to release two high-end wines: La Confundida; a 100% Carménère from the Almahue terroir, which honors the moment of the discovery of Carménère in Chile, when this beloved national emblem was mixed with its cousin Merlot in ancient times. And El Consentido; 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the most widely planted and consumed variety in Chile. Preferred by many and who is never denied at the table. Hence its name.
In the 2018 vintage, the Super Premium blend was born; Corazón. A blend of Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, also from Almahue.
Gozador Carmenere would come in 2021. I have always associated the enjoyment of life with a wine. When enjoying drinking it and doing it… every detail in the elaboration of this Gozador was thought to enjoy.
The most recent wine is the Canchero Malbec, which is currently aging in French barrels.
In the wines I try to transmit the characteristics of the origin of each one and in its maximum expression, adding a personal seal: cheerful and vibrant wines!
Every day I am more proud of the wines of my country, and I can say that Chile is divine!
